Cookie e Privacy

Simone Pacifico Uncategorised 04 March 2026

This website, owned by Fata Informatica S.r.l., the Data Controller (Article 4(1)(7) of EU Regulation 2016/679), uses cookies. This notice provides information on how cookies are used and how they may be controlled by the user.

Use of this website—like the other websites managed by us, namely www.digitalinstitute.it, www.sentinet3.com, www.fataacademy.it—implies the user’s acceptance of the use of cookies, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text strings that the websites visited by the user send to the user’s device (generally, a browser), where they are stored and then retransmitted to the same websites upon the user’s next visit. These strings are mainly used to adapt the operation of the website to the user’s expectations, thus offering a more personalized browsing experience, and also to store choices previously made.

However, cookies do not record any personal information and no identifiable data will be stored. It is not possible, however, to rule out that they may leave traces of the user’s web browsing activity. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the storage of all cookies or only some of them. Please note that, in this case, use of the website and services may be affected. To continue without changing cookie settings, simply continue browsing.

To ensure proper regulation of these tools, it is useful to distinguish them as follows:

Technical cookies, used to enable the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network or to provide a service expressly requested by the user. The use of technical cookies allows safe and efficient use of the website. User consent is not required for their use.

Within this category, it is also possible to identify several types, such as navigation or session cookies (which ensure normal browsing and use of the website, for example to authenticate and access restricted areas. The use of these cookies is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers—consisting of random numbers generated by the server—necessary to allow safe and efficient browsing of the website. Session cookies may be installed to allow access to and continued presence in the portal’s restricted area as an authenticated user); functionality cookies (which allow the user to browse according to a set of selected criteria—such as language or subscribed services—to improve the service provided to the user); and analytics cookies. In particular, analytics cookies—if installed in the browser and retransmitted via Google Analytics or via Blogger’s statistics service or similar—are considered technical only if used directly by the website owner solely for website optimization purposes, who may collect aggregated information on the number of users and how they visit the website. Under these conditions, analytics cookies are subject to the same rules on notice and consent as technical cookies.

Google Analytics is used in anonymized form.

Third-party cookies (Joomla; Sendpulse). Most third-party cookies are tracking cookies used to identify online behavior, understand interests, and therefore personalize advertising proposals for users.

The use of these cookies is governed by the rules set by the relevant third parties. Users are therefore invited to review the privacy notices and the instructions for managing or disabling cookies published on the relevant web pages.

When these types of cookies are used, the user must provide explicit consent.

Profiling cookies, i.e., cookies aimed at creating user profiles and used to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user while browsing the web.

When these types of cookies are used, the user must provide explicit consent.

Article 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and Article 122 of the Italian Data Protection Code shall apply.

Data processing methods

Information is processed automatically and collected exclusively in aggregated form in order to verify the correct functioning of the website and for security reasons (as of 25 May 2018, pursuant to Articles 6 and 7 of EU Regulation 2016/679, such information is processed on the basis of the Controller’s legitimate interests).

For security purposes (anti-spam filters, firewall, virus detection), automatically recorded data may also include personal data such as the IP address, which could be used, in accordance with applicable laws, to block attempts to damage the website itself or cause harm to other users, or in any case malicious activities or activities constituting a crime. Such data are never used to identify or profile the user, but only to protect the website and its users (as of 25 May 2018, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f), such information is processed on the basis of the Controller’s legitimate interests).

The data received will be used exclusively to provide the requested service and only for the time necessary to provide the service.

The information that website users choose to make public through the services and tools made available is provided knowingly and voluntarily by the user, releasing this website from any liability in relation to any violations of law. It is the user’s responsibility to verify that they have the necessary permissions to upload third-party personal data or content protected by national and international laws.

Purposes of data processing

Data collected during the operation of the website are used exclusively for the purposes indicated above and are retained for the time strictly necessary to carry out the specified activities, and in any case no longer than 10 years. In any event, data collected by the website will never be provided to third parties for any reason, unless it is a legitimate request by the judicial authority and only in the cases provided for by law.

Security of the data provided and withdrawal

This website processes users’ data lawfully and fairly, adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of data. Processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated.

In addition to the Controller, in some cases categories of staff involved in the organization of the website (administrative, sales, marketing, legal, and system administrators) may have access to the data.

As provided by the Regulation, pursuant to Article 6(3), where consent to the Processing of Personal Data has been given for one or more purposes for which it was requested, it will be possible, at any time, to withdraw it in whole and/or in part without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent given before withdrawal.

The methods for withdrawing consent are very simple and intuitive: you just need to contact the Data Controller and/or any Joint Controllers using the contact channels indicated in this Notice.
